Gift of a Lifetime

The Foster-Morgan Trust Fund is a restricted fund supporting progams dealing with families. Programs may include, but are not limited to; parenting classes, drug and alcohol education, physical and sexual abuse prevention, marriage and family counseling, and child and respite care.

Seed money for the Foster-Morgan Trust came from five siblings: Karen S. (Foster) Nolan of Vacaville, CA; Ty L. Foster of Cinicinnati; Joni K. Foster of Sacramento, CA; Robert, M. Foster of Medina, OH; and Donald E. Foster of Gahanna, OH. Thay are the children of Eileen (Morgan) Huskey of Circleville, OH, and the late Teddy L. Foster. The Fund was named in honor and in memory of their parents and the grandparents Naomi and Clifford Foster and Pauline and Raymond Morgan.

"We didn't grow up in Scioto County, but we really spent a lot of time there," said Karen Nolan, "During our many visits, we learned a lot about what it means to be a family. After our grandmother, Naomi died, we decided we wanted to give something back to the community that gave us so many good memories."
