Must be a graduating senior from an Adams County high school, or one of the following high schools in Scioto County: Portsmouth West, Northwest, Portsmouth, Bloom-Veron/South Webster, or East Community School; or from Ripley Union Lewis Local in Brown County. Must show evidence of earning a varsity letter in sports and give a letter of recommendation from a varsity coach familiar with the applicant's ablilties. View the Donors' Leagacy Page.
