Jessie M. Payne
Must be a member of the Girl Scouts and the Seal of Ohio Girl Scouts Council. Must live in Scioto, Adams, or Pike County, Ohio. Must prove five years of membership in the Girl Scouts of the USA and have a "B" average or better for four years of high school and participate in church, school, and community activities.
