Volunteer Board and Committee Members
Board Members
A five-member volunteer Board of Governors is responsible for policy and grant-making decision at the Scioto Foundation. Members are appointed to five-year terms and serve for a total of two terms. Members include: Wayne B. Wheeler,M.D., Chairman; Michael Gampp, Treasurer; Ralph Wisniewski; Debra Esham and Jodi High.
Donor Service Committe
The Donor Service Committe was created to assist the Foundation in promoting the concept of philanthropy and the importance of community endowment building. Members include Rodney Barnett, Dan Ruggiero, Kay Bouyack, Randy Arnett, Julia Wisniewski and Committe Chair, Debra Esham. Members are appointed by the Scioto Foundation Board Chair and may serve a two-year term.
Investment Committee
The Investment Committee was created to help Foundation manage the donors money through smart investments. Members include: Jodi High, Josh Howard, Marc Cottle, Craig Gilliland, Lee Powell and Chair, Michael Gampp. Members are appointed by the Scioto Foundation Board Chair and may serve a two-year term.
Nonprofit Services Committee
The Nonprofit Services Committee was created to support nonprofits in capacity building training, networking and technical assistance. The goal of the committee is to increase productivity of the local nonprofits. Members include: Debra Bashman, Mary Ann Peercy, Treva Williams and Chair, Ralph Wisniewski. Members are appointed by the Scioto Foundation Board Chair and may serve a two-year term.
Scholarship Committee
The Scholarship Committee was created to assist the Foundation in chosing the scholarship winners. They meet annually to select Scioto Foundation scholars. Members include: John Smith, Lowell Shope, James Willams, and Committee Chair, Phyllis Fried.
