Strategic Plannign Basics

A strategic plan is essential for dymanic nonprofit organications. In this session, nonprofit representiatives will gain a better understanding of what the strategic plan is and does. Participants will learn the benefit of strategic planning, when and when not to plan and the ten-step process of strategic planning. Good take-aways will be available for workshop participants.
